Information We Collect
When you use llabi, we collect the information needed to run the app:
- Account information. If you sign in with Apple, we receive
an Apple user identifier and, if Apple provides it, your email address
and display name.
- Photos and generated images. When you create a redraw,
the selected photo is uploaded so the effect can be generated. We store
the original image, generated image, selected effect, generation status,
timestamps, error messages, and request IDs.
- Purchase state. Purchases and subscriptions are handled
by Apple through StoreKit. llabi does not receive your payment card details.
The app stores your film-roll balance and subscription allowance state
so generations can use the correct allowance.
- Device-local history. The iOS app stores local gallery
metadata and local image files on your device for display history. This
local history is not synced to llabi's server or iCloud by llabi.
- Technical data. Our hosting, storage, and security infrastructure
may process standard request data such as IP address, request URL, time,
user agent, and error logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, retry, cancel, and deliver AI image generations;
- show your local generation history and effect discovery content;
- verify Sign in with Apple and maintain your account;
- operate film-roll purchases, monthly allowances, and generation
accounting;
- detect errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve effects.
AI Processing And Service Providers
To generate images, llabi sends your uploaded photo, selected effect
prompt, and related generation request data to third-party AI generation
providers and model operators. We also use third-party cloud hosting,
database, storage, delivery, security, authentication, and payment
services to operate the app.
Do not upload photos that contain information you do not want processed
by those services. AI output can be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable
for some uses.
Discovery Content
The discover feed shows llabi effect previews and sample images
controlled by llabi. It is not a public user publishing platform. Your
generated images are not published to a public feed by llabi.
Payments
In-app purchases, subscriptions, billing, refunds, and payment
information are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions
in your Apple ID settings. Apple may share purchase status information
with the app so llabi can unlock film rolls or subscription allowance.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep account, generation, and purchase-state records for as long as
needed to operate llabi, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain
accounting records, and satisfy legal requirements. Local app history
can be removed by deleting app data from your device.
To delete your llabi account, open Settings in the app, expand More,
and choose Delete Account. Some records may be retained when required
for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or
legal compliance.
Your Choices
- You can choose not to sign in, though generation features may require
sign-in.
- You can decide which photos to submit for generation.
- You can manage camera, photo-library, and notification permissions in
iOS Settings.
- You can manage purchases and subscriptions through your Apple ID.
