Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of llabi, including AI photo generations, film rolls, monthly allowances, and effect discovery content.

By using llabi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you download llabi from Apple's App Store, Apple's terms and the Apple Standard EULA also apply. If there is a conflict about your App Store purchase, Apple's App Store terms control that purchase.
llabi lets you capture or upload photos, choose an effect, and generate an AI redraw. You are responsible for the photos you submit, the prompts/effects you choose, and how you use or share generated images.
You may use llabi only if you are old enough to consent to these Terms in your country or region. You must not use llabi for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or exploitative activity.
You keep your rights in photos, captions, and generated images you create with llabi, subject to any rights held by other people or services. You grant llabi the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transform, display, and transmit your content to provide the app and support its features.
The discover feed shows llabi-controlled effect previews, not user-submitted content. Do not submit or share content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable. llabi does not guarantee that generations will preserve every detail of an original photo or be unique. Review output before saving or sending it.
Do not rely on llabi output for legal, medical, financial, safety, identity, or other high-stakes decisions.
llabi uses film rolls as generation credits. One AI generation attempt uses one film roll. The app may offer consumable film-roll packs and an auto-renewable Monthly Film Pass. Product names, prices, renewal periods, and allowances are shown in the purchase screen before you buy.
Monthly subscription allowance refreshes once per active billing period and unused monthly rolls do not carry over after the period changes. Purchased pack rolls are consumable digital items and are reduced as you generate images.
App Store purchases are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds and billing support are handled by Apple.
llabi depends on network services, cloud storage, and image-generation providers. Features, effects, models, prices, allowances, and availability may change. We may suspend or limit access when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
You must not use llabi to:
llabi, the app design, effects, branding, software, website, and related materials are owned by llabi or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of llabi's software, trademarks, models, prompts, designs, or service infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or use llabi in a way that may cause legal or security issues. You can stop using llabi at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions through Apple.
llabi is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, llabi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
You can delete your account from Settings in the app by expanding More and choosing Delete Account. For support or questions about these Terms, use the support contact listed on llabi's App Store page.
